I'd still like to be a part of ESW. My borther, Kal-el, joined their community after talking to Russ for a while, and kal-el mentioned that I was starting to make maps. So Russ put my map on his server. The only reason I play there is because of that, and because that is the server my brothers are on when they're playing. also, I did not join his clan/community, I love being in ESW, and I would like to continue to be in ESW.

It takes a bit to learn it, and it's time consuming, but it's not too hard. open up your steam games and go to "tools". It's called "Source SDK" Install it, and when you run it, select "Hammer". Hammer is the program used to make the maps. Here's some tutorials on how to make your first map. www.fpsbanana.com/tuts/1456www.fpsbanana.com/tuts/3368

File -> Run map. That'll start CS:S up and start up a server on that map. Save the map first. Whatever you name it (ex. gg_monkeymen.vmf) will be the name of the map in-game (gg_monkeymen.bsp)
